Duct Cleaning — Book a Visit Today

We clean residential duct systems, supply and return registers, and the vents that feed the rooms nobody can keep comfortable, across Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas. Ducts run through hot attics and damp crawlspaces, and over the years they collect construction dust, insulation fibers, pet hair and whatever the return grille pulled in. Loose joints and torn flex make it worse by drawing in attic air. A visit starts with us opening the air handler and a few registers to see what is actually in there. We show you what we find, clean the runs and the registers, and point out any leaks or damaged sections worth repairing. Call us and we will schedule a look, and change your filter while you wait.

The duct cleaning symptoms we hear most

  • Dust settles back on the furniture a day after I clean Debris loading in supply runs and registers, or a filter that is not sealing at the rack
  • You can see fuzz and gray buildup on the vent covers Register and boot accumulation, often with a return leak pulling attic dust into the system
  • One bedroom smells musty every time the AC runs Moisture in a duct run or at the boot, common where flex sits on a damp crawlspace floor
  • Allergies get worse indoors, not outside Recirculated dust and pet dander in the duct system and return path, an IAQ issue rather than a mechanical failure
  • We just finished a remodel and the air feels gritty Drywall dust and sawdust pulled into open returns during construction

Search for it as duct cleaning or air duct cleaning and you land in the same place: one visit, one written quote.

Safe things to check first

Worth a look before you call — sometimes it saves you the visit.

  • 1Change the air filter, and check that it is the right size and sitting flat with no gaps around the edges of the rack.
  • 2Walk the house and confirm supply and return vents are open and not blocked by rugs, drapes or furniture pushed against them.
  • 3Look at the thermostat settings and swap the batteries if the display is faint, so you know the system is actually calling for the fan.
  • 4Check the breaker panel for a tripped breaker on the air handler or outdoor unit before assuming a duct problem, and clear leaves and grass clippings from around the outdoor unit.

Duct Cleaning — quick answers

How do I know if my ducts actually need cleaning?

Pull a register cover off and look inside with a flashlight. Light dust film is normal. Matted fuzz, visible debris, insulation fibers or anything damp is worth a call. We will open the air handler and show you photos of what is in the runs before recommending anything.

How long does a duct cleaning visit take?

Most homes take several hours, depending on the number of runs, how the system is laid out and how much buildup we find. Older homes across the region with attic ductwork and long branch runs take longer than a compact single-return system.

Will cleaning the ducts fix my dust problem for good?

It helps, but the source matters. If a return is leaking and drawing attic air, or the filter does not seal at the rack, dust comes right back. We look for the entry point while we clean so you are not repeating the job in a year.

Do you clean the vents and registers too?

Yes. Register covers and the boots behind them collect the most visible buildup, and we clean both as part of the work. If a boot is rusted, disconnected from the duct or sitting in moisture, we will tell you what the repair involves.

Is duct cleaning worth it after a remodel?

Usually yes. Drywall dust and sawdust get pulled into open returns during construction and then recirculate for months. If your ducts were open during the work, cleaning the runs and registers and starting with a fresh filter makes a real difference.

Can duct cleaning improve my airflow?

Sometimes. If a run is packed with debris or a boot is partially blocked, clearing it restores flow to that room. Weak airflow more often comes from crushed flex, undersized returns or a dirty filter, and we check those while we are in the system.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Tell us the symptom

Call or fill out the quote form and describe what the system is doing. Warm air, short cycling, water on the floor, a smell, a noise. That detail tells us what parts to load on the truck.

  2. Step 2

    We diagnose on site

A technician checks the thermostat, the electrical side, airflow through the filter and coil, refrigerant behaviour and the ductwork. You hear what we found in plain language before anything gets replaced or repaired.

  3. Step 3

    You approve the fix

We explain the repair, what it costs and what happens if you wait a season. Nothing gets done without your go-ahead, and we tell you honestly when a repair no longer makes sense.

Why homeowners call us

  • We know humid-climate systemsAcross the region the real enemy is moisture. Systems here run long hours pulling water out of the air, and that shows up as frozen coils, clogged drains and mildew smells. We diagnose for humidity, not just temperature.
  • Mixed gas and heat pump workPlenty of homes we visit run a heat pump with gas backup, and the two have to hand off cleanly. We troubleshoot both sides, including defrost boards, reversing valves, ignitors and heat exchanger concerns.
  • Attic ductwork is our daily breadMid-century homes often have ducts running through attics that hit brutal temperatures. Crushed runs, disconnected boots and leaking joints steal cooling before it reaches the room. We find them instead of blaming the equipment.
  • Repair before replaceA capacitor, a contactor, a blower motor or a clogged drain line fixes a lot of the calls we take. We would rather fix what you have and tell you plainly when the numbers stop working.
  • All major brands, gas & electricFrom Carrier and Trane to Lennox, Goodman, Rheem and Bryant, serviced independently.
  • Straight answersNot worth fixing? We say that out loud, and often it saves you the visit fee.
